There was very good communication throughout the process and I appreciated being kept informed and the chance to easily have someone to respond to if there was an issue. The only thing was when the box arrived the tape failed so one flap was loose and you could see the clothing. I checked and it wasn’t dirty so no harm done but better attention to packaging is necessary.

My son's jacket arrived and it is beautiful. He will not get too see it for a couple of days because of work, but he will be over the moon with happiness. I just loved dealing with Eagle Leather. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. They are the best and go out of their way to answer any questions, and being the mom with no information about motorcycles at all, they got me through it. Their prices are phenomenal..
