What could be more romantic than an evening by, or on, the water? You have a chance to win one of three Valentine’s Day prizes, just by signing up at Eagle Leather—one entry per customer per day and no purchase needed. We’ll hold the drawing at noon on February 13.

When the first prize winner and his or her date use the $200.00 gift certificate, they will sail from Seattle to Blake Island on the Argosy Murder Mystery Cruise. Once at Blake Island, they’ll have a gourmet dinner including local specialties: alder-baked salmon, Northwest stew, wild rice bread, polenta with wild mushroom ragout, salads, and blackberry crisp. If you win the second prize, may we suggest that you redeem your gift certificates on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday? That’s when The Grand Cinema has its Mimosa Evenings, and your $50.00 gift certificate allows for two admission tickets and extra for treats or special events. Find dates and times for The Grand Cinema’s carefully selected classic, foreign, independent, and local films. Before the film, dine overlooking Commencement Bay at the Harbor Lights restaurant—a traditional seafood restaurant. Your $100.00 gift certificate will buy dinner for two, including the restaurant’s signature Captain’s Platter, which is a generous mix of local fish and seafish. The winner of the third prize will have a picnic for two on the water aboard Destiny Harbor Tours yacht as they tour Tacoma’s harbor. In addition to seeing Tacoma from the sea and the bustle of our working Port of Tacoma, they’ll see the wildlife and learn a bit about the history of Puget Sound. Click here for details. The picnic will just about guarantee romance, whether they cruise at noon or in the evening. Think wine, crackers and cheese, chocolate, and other yummie finger foods.
