Oyster Run Adrenaline Rush

“The Largest Motorcycle Run in the Pacific Northwest,” the Oyster Run, will be held Sunday, September 22. And Eagle Leather will again have its booth in Anacortes on Ninth and Commercial. It’s a busy day for the Eagle Leather staff, who get up at dawn to get the booth set up, spend all day interacting with customers, and then take the booth down before the long drive home. Damien says, “So much work goes into preparation and setup to do that one day, we have usually been preparing for more than a week. Everyone is tired until the crowd starts showing up, then it’s nonstop all-day, and you are living off your adrenaline. You don’t get much chance to enjoy it while it’s happening, but for days after you get to hear everyone's favorite experiences.”

One of the items the Eagle Leather team will be putting on display is the lined Veteran vest in black. It packs a lot of style with an asymmetric closure, buckles at the waist, and a detailed pocket flap—and it’s on sale!

Adrey says the day at the Oyster Run is “lots of fun, always busy, always something to do. Worth getting up super-early to drive up with the sun.” She’ll show you a wide variety of leather goods, including the Ladies’ Scarlett Star jacket.
